A master is a bridge to the world of work and the end of a course a springboard towards job interviews, the search for companies and delivering curricula. Therefore, from the Masters of Design and Innovation we help recent graduates in their initial contact, organizing the Company Days: three days of networking devoted exclusively to creating links between graduates and the professional world.
During the three mornings that Company Days lasted this year, companies like Territorio Creativo, Accenture and IKEA visited the headquarters of the IED Master. In their presentations they spoke to the graduates about their business models and philosophies, besides advising them on their new path and explaining the different profiles they need.
The four master’s promotions took the opportunity to connect with the representatives of the companies that aroused their interest, going more deeply into their operation through a round of questions and giving out their curricula.
Networking sessions were also organised with the participation of the Red de Industrias Creativas, whose aim is to add value to the cultural and creative sector and generate a worldwide network of professionals. In these meetings organized like speed dating, the Masters of Design and Innovation graduates connected with various profiles, who explained the different needs of their environments to them, so that they could offer their services, exchanging contact detail and business cards.
In short, the end of the master’s course that became an opening of new paths in the careers of the new graduates.
